Make quick work of your invoices – With the new Intrexx ‘Invoice Audit’
The new Intrexx power application ‘Invoice Audit’ allows companies to verify invoices electronically within the Enterprise Portal. Automated audit processes will enable organizations to benefit from fast and transparent approval workflow. Acquisition and electronic auditing of cash discount periods and payment dates will also ensure that they will never be missed again.Companies can start auditing invoicing immediately after installing the application and uploading invoice documents, with an individual approval process started for each and every invoice. Employees that are designated as auditors will be informed about new invoices via email and receive an overview of all invoices that have to be audited within the Intrexx portal. An automated verification process will prevent errors and unnecessary delays. When an auditor approves an invoice, it will automatically be forwarded to the next auditor and – at the end of the process – to the accountant, who can initiate payment.
A series of reports provides information about the total amount due for all invoices during a certain period as well as the payment dates of individual invoices which will enable companies to track liquidity much more effectively.
