140 – The Company Microblog

With 140 the "Intrexx Company Microblog", all employees connected on an Intrexx Intranet are given the opportunity to keep their colleagues informed about what they are working on in 140 characters. This means that updates about projects can be exchanged between departments with ease and that new ideas can be explored between different teams, regardless of their location. Whether it's specialist knowledge, a hint about an interesting article on the Internet or snippet of information about what colleagues think about an issue; all of these messages can be quickly and easily distributed throughout the company using this new "company Twitter" facility. Employees can communicate with each other - without unnecessarily filling their inboxes with low priority material. To keep communication going outside of the office, a free mobile App for iPhone, BlackBerry & others is also included in the delivery.
