Support Centre Where can all the support requests via eMail or telephone be placed? In the Intrexx Xtreme Support Centre, support calls can be requested online and placed using a ticket number. All new cases will be collected into a pool, and from there distributed to a support employee. The correspondence between support and customer will always remain in view with a status administration procedure. The eMail configuration for a new question from support to a customer is already configured and can be activated. File attachments have also been seen to, both for the individual support cases and for correspondence.
